Your data will be gathered, first of all, by your giving it to us. This could involve, for example, data that you enter onto a contact form.

Other data will also be captured by our IT system automatically during visits to the website. These are primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or the time of day you called up the page). The capture of these data takes place automatically, as soon as you access our website.

For what do we use your data?

Part of the data is gathered in order to assure an error-free deployment of the website. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior.

What rights do you have with regard to your data?

You have the right to receive, at no cost to you, information on the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. In addition, you have the right to demand correction, blocking or deletion of these data. In addition, you can turn to us at the address given under the Site Notice at any time for additional questions on the subject of data privacy. Furthermore, the right to complain to the responsible regulatory authorities is also available to you.

Analytical Tools and Tools of Third Party Providers

During a visit to our website, your surfing behavior will be evaluated statistically. That occurs primarily with cookies and with so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior takes place, as a rule, anonymously; the surfing behavior cannot be traced back to you.

You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Detailed information on this can be found in the following data privacy statement.

2. General advice and required information

Data privacy

The operator of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data privacy provisions as well as with this data privacy statement.

If you are using this website, various personal data are being collected. Personal data are data with which you can be personally identified. This data privacy statement explains which data we collect and what we use it for. It also explains how and for what purpose this takes place.

We point out that the transfer of data in the internet (e.g. during communication by e-mail) can show up security gaps. Gap-free protection of your data against access by third parties is impossible.

Advice about the responsible location

The responsible position for data processing on this website is:

Awad Deutsche Hotels Hospitality GmbH
Geschäftsführer: Nabil Awad
Siedlerstr. 5
63165 Mühlheim/ Main

Hotel manager: Raymond Melchior

The responsible position is the natural or juristic person who decides, either by him/herself or together with others, on the purposes and means by which personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address, and other) is processed.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your expressed consent. You can revoke a previously granted consent at any time. A message by e-mail in no particular format is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing prior to the revocation is unaffected by the revocation.

Right to complain to the responsible regulatory authorities

In the event of complaints regarding violations of data privacy protection laws, the affected party has a right to complain to the responsible regulatory authorities. The responsible regulatory authority in matters of data privacy is the state data privacy officer of the federal state in which our company has its headquarters. A list of the data privacy officials as well as their contact data can be found at the following link: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

Right to data transferability

You have the right to have data that we, on the basis of your consent or in fulfilling a contract, have processed automatically, delivered to you or to a third party in an established machine-readable format. To the extent you request the direct transfer of the data to a different responsible party, note that we can only succeed at this if it is technically doable.

SSL or, if necessary, TLS encryption

This page utilizes SSL or, if necessary, TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transfer of confidential content such as, for example, orders or inquiries that you send to us as the webpage operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address bar of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser line.

If the SSL or, as the case may be, TLS encryption has been activated, the data that you are sending to us cannot be read by third parties.

Information, Blocking, Deletion

Within the framework of applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and its recipients and the purpose of the data processing and if applicable, a right to correct, block or delete this data. In addition as well as with regard to additional questions on the subject of personal data, you can turn to us at any time at the address given in this Site Notice.

Objection to advertising mail

The use of contact data published in the course of the obligation to provide an imprint for sending advertising and informative material that has not been expressly requested is hereby disavowed. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal steps in the case of the unrequested transmittal of advertising, perhaps in the form of spam.

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages collects and stores information automatically in so-called server-log files, that your browser automatically sends to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • URL of the referring site
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of day of the server query
  • IP address

A conflation of these data with other data sources will not be undertaken.

The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f of the DSGVO, which permits the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form

If you allow queries to come to us via the contact form, your statements from the query form including the contact data you have provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass these data on without your consent.

The processing of the data entered into the contact form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. To do so, an informal e-mail to us suffices. The legality of the data processing operations that has taken place prior the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you into the contact form remains with us until you demand deletion or revoke your consent to its storage. Mandatory legal provisions, especially retention periods, remain unaffected.
